The “Project Pipeline” is the process the RDPO uses to develop, prioritize, and approve
projects in preparation for upcoming funding opportunities. Work Groups, Task Forces, and
the Program and Steering Committees are all encouraged to develop concepts for consideration.

Sept 15, 2022: “Project Pipeline” kickoff (applications & technical assistance available)
Nov 30, 2022: Application packets due
Dec 6, 2022 and Jan 10, 2023: Project presentations
March 1, 2023: Environmental & Historic Preservation Form due
May 2023: Preliminary project approvals announced
July 2023: Funding package released and final awards announced
Estimated Jan 2024: Project work commences (once subrecipient agreements are signed)
