The RDPO 2030 Strategic Plan is a 5-year roadmap which addresses immediate and evolving needs.
It lays a foundation for long-term organizational resilience and sustainability.

2025-2030

The RDPO 2030 Strategic Plan consists of six objectives.

  1. Understand Preparedness Needs

  2. Invest in Strategic Priorities

  3. Implement the RDPO Equity Framework

  4. Improvement Engagement & Collaboration

  5. Update Organizational Structure

  6. Diversify Funding

Each of these objective includes corresponding initiatives and key results. Progress on these objectives will be tracked and shared. The plan is a “living” document that will reflect our movement toward the RDPO vision.
