Mitigation & Recovery

The Mitigation & Recovery subcommittee (“MitRec”) helps promote and improve regional hazard mitigation and pre-disaster recovery planning efforts. The group’s focus will be to promote mitigation and recovery projects, identify funding opportunities, and implement regional mitigation and recovery best practices and programs.

It will also act as a professional community of practice for its members and will work with other RDPO groups to ensure all activities are properly coordinated with those bodies.
