The RDPO uses regional stakeholder input, best practices research, and data from multiple
sources to guide development of the goals and objectives in its Strategic Plan.

CURRENT PLANNING
The RDPO is currently finalizing a new 5-year strategic plan. We are currently integrating partner feedback and hope to release the final report by the end of January.
PAST PLANNING
Our former Strategic Plan expired in 2021. It included Assessment Data and a Work Plan.
