IFE Logo.jpg

The Infant Feeding in Emergencies Guidance and training module were developed to assist emergency planners to understand and address optimal infant and young child feeding practices, using evidence-based interventions, that will lead to decreased infant morbidity and mortality during emergencies. Training staff, community partners, and responders is key to minimize risks and support optimal feeding practices. The guidance can be applied to every baby, every time, regardless of the level of emergency.
